Software for private therapy practices

Less appointment coordination. More room for therapeutic work.

Calpio is a booking and practice-management system for psychologists, psychotherapists and therapists. It brings appointments, a client portal, reminders and client administration into one clear workspace.

Built for therapy practices in Slovakia, with an interface available in additional languages.

When appointments live in messages, calendars and your head

Booking, rescheduling and reminders are part of everyday practice. Calpio brings them into one workflow.

  • arranging appointments through calls and messages
  • repeated rescheduling and cancellations
  • manually reminding clients about upcoming sessions
  • newly available appointments that are hard to communicate
  • client details spread across tools

More than a generic booking calendar

Calpio is designed for ongoing work with clients in a therapy practice: from availability and appointments to client access, reminders and client administration. It is not a public therapist directory.

Built for therapy practices in Slovakia, with an interface available in additional languages.

How Calpio works in practice

The therapist sets the rules. Clients only see the access and appointments the therapist makes available.

  1. 1

    Set availability and appointment types.

  2. 2

A client receives a portal invitation or uses booking made available in your setup.

  3. 3

The client chooses an available appointment that meets your rules.

  4. 4

The appointment appears in the therapist calendar.

  5. 5

Reminders and change messages are sent according to notification settings.

  6. 6

Clients can reschedule or cancel only under the practice rules.

  7. 7

When a suitable appointment is freed, Calpio can notify eligible waitlist clients.
