1. Service Provider

2. What Calpio Is
Calpio is a web platform for managing therapy practice, including:
- availability and calendar management,
- client bookings (including portal invitations),
- notifications and reminders,
- client and document management.
3. Account and Access
- Users can be therapists or clients (depending on account type).
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Users are responsible for account credential security.
4. Responsibility for Therapist Services
The Provider is not a healthcare provider and does not provide therapy services.
The therapist is fully responsible for provided services, communication, and legal compliance.
5. Bookings, Changes and Cancellations
The platform supports booking management based on therapist-defined rules.
Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set by the therapist where available.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Planned maintenance or third-party outages may occur.
7. Prohibited Use
- illegal use of the service,
- attempts to bypass security,
- uploading malicious content or violating third-party rights.
8. Account Termination
Users may terminate their account in-app or by contacting support.
The Provider may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or security risk.
9. Terms Updates
The Provider may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
